The Lot department is one of Occitanie’s little nuggets.\nWhile strolling through ancient villages or hiking through natural sites is a great way to explore the valley, what about canoeing in the Lot<\/strong> for a different view of the landscape? <\/p>\n\n

Where can you go canoeing in the Lot?<\/h2>\n\n

Would you like to contemplate a raw, verdant landscape, some of France’s most beautiful villages or the limestone cliffs of the Occitan region?\nDepending on your aspirations, there are various canoeing spots<\/strong> to choose from in the Lot.\nNumerous canoe and kayak rental establishments are located near our Lot campsite <\/a>. <\/p>\n\n

Copeyre Canoe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Copeyre<\/a> is an amusement park offering 12 canoe bases from Argentat to Beynac.\nIn all, there are 72 canoe routes<\/strong> to choose from across the Lot, Corr\u00e8ze and Dordogne.As for canoeing in the Lot<\/strong>, Copeyre’s circuits cover a good proportion of the communes in the north of the department. From Souillac <\/a>to Puybrun, via Meyronne and Pinsac, you’ll find a course to suit your level.\nFamilies with children can opt to spend a few hours on the water<\/strong>, while more experienced paddlers can enjoy a multi-day adventure. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Canoe Cap<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Lot Canoe Kayak<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Floiras nautical base is located on the banks of the river at Anglars-Juillac.\nThis facility is a little further south than our campsite in Loupiac.\nThe base’s canoe route stretches from Cahors to Fumel.\nAs you paddle<\/strong> along, you’ll catch a glimpse of the Valentr\u00e9 bridge or the village of Puy-Lev\u00eaque perched on a small hill.As well as canoeing, you can rent a motorboat or go stand-up paddling.\nAnd if you prefer land-based activities, you can rent a mountain bike. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
