Because we are serious about our commitments, this campsite takes care of the environment.
These are the active measure we have put in place across the campsite:
We use low-energy lighting for exterior and interior lighting in our rental accommodation, communal areas and also in our own living quarters
We operate household waste recycling (an explanatory leaflet is given to all guests upon arrival)
We use a thermal weeder, and the use of pesticides is banned
We use solar panels to heat the pool water
We have installed timeflow taps in the communal shower blocks for greater convenience and to save water
We comply with current regulations in using eco-friendly maintenance products in the shower blocks, communal areas and kitchens
We minimise our impact on the site’s natural appearance in our development and redevelopment of the current landscape by using exclusively local plant species. We use environmentally-friendly equipment
Whenever possible we use local products in the preparation of food at the campsite
All these steps can, of course, result in certain imperfections (there may be grass on the paths, etc) but you can see for yourself the positive effects of these simple measures on the fauna present on the campsite: enjoy listening to the birds singing and being able to watch them all day long, see rabbits running free nearby, spot the occasional squirrel and hedgehog, and, if you get up very early, the occasional deer.
We believe it’s worth going to a tiny bit of trouble to protect nature and our health!
